ISLAND TOURS
HELLO EL NIDO has a complete package of tours, with each tour including our exclusive buffet of grilled meat, fresh seafood, and variety of fruits and vegetables. Our tours are led only by Tour Guides licensed by El Nido Office of Tourism. All tours are from 9AM to 4PM daily. Fees are per person, ages 7 and up. Children 3 to 6 years of age are half off. Please note their details on your order and you can settle directly when you get your Booking Voucher.
REGULAR Tour A visits Secret Lagoon, Payong Beach, 7 Commandos Beach, South Miniloc (snorkeling) Shimizu island and Big Lagoon. All Tours (A, B, C or D) will consist of 5 island stops.
/!\ PREMIUM Tour A adds Big Lagoon or Small Lagoon that requires 1-day advanced booking for entrance permits inside Big or Small Lagoon.
Tour includes our exclusive buffet of selection of meats, crustaceans, fresh seafood, variety of fruit and vegetables.
Kayak rental to be paid directly to LGU selected kayak rental companies at the lagoon.

Tour B visits Snake Island, Entalula, Cudugnon Cave, Cathedral Cave, Papaya beach or a snorkeling area.
Tour includes our exclusive buffet of selection of meats, crustaceans, fresh seafood, variety of fruit and vegetables.

Tour C visits Secret beach, Hidden Beach, Matinloc Shrine, Star Beach, and Helicopter Island.
Tour includes our exclusive buffet of meat, fresh seafood, variety of fruit and vegetables
Note that the private Matinloc Shrine charges a 100php entrance fee.

PREMIUM Tour D visits Bucal Island, Pasandigan Cove, Nat Nat Beach, Paradise Beach, Cadlao Lagoon and Small Lagoon.
Tour includes our exclusive buffet of selection of meats, crustaceans, fresh seafood, variety of fruit and vegetables.
Kayak rentals to be paid directly to LGU selected kayak rental companies at the lagoon.

PLEASE READ: During Peak Season December - April we will substitute Big Lagoon with Small Lagoon in the event your choice is not available. However, we will do our very best to book your selected lagoon. Permits are first come first served and permits are not released 3-7 days prior.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior: Full refund less bank or transfer fees and an admin fee of 250 per person per tour.
Under 30 day: Get credit towards Hello El Nido Booking or 50% refund less bank or transfer fees.
15 days prior: Get credit towards future booking less admin fees.
7 days prior of your arrival: No refunds
If the Coast Guard cancels then your tour would get rescheduled the following day or a full refund less 250 admin fee per person per tour less bank or transfer fees if any.
Your refund will be returned the same way you paid. Please allow 10 days for a refund after your written request for refund has been received.
